ADRICH ("ADRICH", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting Your privacy and developing technology that gives You the most powerful and safe online experience. Mobile App Permissions and Data Collection
The Adrich app collects location data to enable product usage tracking even when the app is closed or not in use. We may use and share your device's location including location when the app is not in use to provide timely notifications, promotions and important infomation about the products that you and your family are using.
The Adrich App collects the following data that can be denied and is optional: Location, Email, Phone Number, Ethinicity, Age, Gender, and your Phone's software version. Data is shared at an aggregate level with 3rd party brands only to better serve your needs.
Personal Information we collect
"Personal Information" is any information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify a natural individual.
In order to provide you with the Services, we collect certain Personal Information from you, such as Your e-mail address, name, ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, favorites and usage of the products to which the Services are associated.
As the case may be subject to Your free, specific and informed consent, we may also collect the geolocation of the terminal used for the Services and/or Personal Information which may be sensitive, such as your ethnicity. Such consent, once given, may be freely withdrawn at any time using the settings of Your mobile device and/or dedicated section within the Services.
You also may be identified through our use of cookies or similar technologies as well as by an Advertising Identifier address during the use of the Services. The information we collect will be on how You use our Services. We also collect Personal Information from trusted third-party sources and engage third parties to collect Personal Information to assist us.
How we use Your Personal Information
